We are Autistic professional peer-support coaches working with our fellow autistic adults in our communities and globally.
We support the autistic community with neuroaffirming, transparent, authentic, and practical peer-support and life coaching rooted in the Neurodiversity paradigm.

Cheryl - Holistic Empowerment
Cheryl is a former teacher and new entrepreneur in Ontario, Canada.
She has taught in a variety of schools throughout Canada and volunteered with social justice grassroots organizations around the world. She holds a Master's Degree in Political Science from the University of Windsor.
Cheryl has over 140 hours of training as an APSC and specializes in working with late discovered autistic women and non-binary folk, as well as people recovering from spiritual abuse. She also helps people get in touch with the wisdom of their bodies and release harmful patterns and belief systems through BodyTalk, Reflexology, and Emotion Code.
Learning new things, devouring chocolate, hiking, and writing about things that matter all add joy to her life. -
Rebecca - The AuDHD Peer Support Coach
Rebecca is a writer & former comedian living in Los Angeles.
She holds a bachelors in English Literature from UConn. Her words have appeared in numerous outlets, including SF Gate, HuffPost, & the Miami New Times.
Rebecca has over 140 hours of training as an APSC and specializes in working with late-identified AuDHD adults.
With a focus on fostering self-advocacy and personal growth, Rebecca employs a variety of coaching strategies to help her clients navigate their journeys. She hosts a weekly Friday night (Pacific) inclusive space that is the hottest ticket in town.
She loves cats and dogs equally.

Patrice - Autistic Presence
Patrice is an accountant and Internal Family Systems – informed practitioner living in California.
Patrice has over 140 hours of training as an APSC, as well as 40 additional IFS-informed coaching training hours. She received her Trauma Recovery Coach certification in February 2025.
She specializes in working with late discovered autistic women, as well as those healing from childhood trauma. She also enjoys helping members of the Irish diaspora on their healing journeys around issues such as intergenerational alcoholism, religious abuse, and the deep grief of disconnection from land, language, and culture.
Her hobbies include hiking as well as personal finance and investing. -
Aradia - Creatively Autistic
Aradia is a podcast host, editor, and producer living in the Pacific Northwest.
She has a Bachelor's degree in Geology and Geography from Oregon State University, and over 5 years experience in podcasting about special interests and lived experiences.
Aradia has over 140 hours training as an APSC and specializes in working with late-identified auDHD adults.
Their focus in becoming an APSC is to help bring about more authentic autistic creativity in the world, in herself and others. Based on their own special interest of The Wheel of Time book series, which started as a solo obsession but became a podcast community, Aradia knows the transformative power of embracing your own unique creative impulses.Join her Wheel of Time fandom AuDHD support group every Thursday afternoon (Pacific time)

Matthew - The #ActuallyAutistic Coach
Matthew is an autistic peer-support coach, educator, and disability consultant based in France.
He has nearly 20 years of experience in providing support to autistic adults and teens globally and specializes in supporting autistic academics, entrepreneurs, and spiritual leaders.
He holds degrees in Jewish History and Jewish Philosophy and is pursing his doctorate on the treatment of neurodivergence and madness in rabbinic texts.
Matthew is also a rabbinical student, spiritual director, Neuroqueer Talmud teacher, and co-editor of Neurodivergent Torah (Ben Yehuda Press 2026)
